Store Return Policies

If, for any reason, you aren't happy with what you bought from us, you can return or exchange that as long as you decide to do so within 30 days and the equipment is still in "as new" condition.



What if it isn't in "Like New" condition?

If the product is not in "like new condition," there is at least a 30% restocking fee for items returned within 30 days. If there is evidence of major physical damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

We're sorry but there are no returns on Clearance or Refurbished items.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost to ship the item back to us shall be paid by the customer. If free shipping was used, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

We cannot issue you a refund before we have received the item back.

"Like New" Defined

The following items must be true to return a product and receive a full refund. Extensive or excessive damage may invalidate your ability to return the product or cause the product to have a restocking fee.


All items must be undamaged and in their original cartons and packaging along with all accessories, documentation, and parts.

No wires or pigtails can be cut.

The product exterior must be intact and unmarked.

The original product box must be shipped in another "shipping" box (just like the way we shipped it to you).

No postmarks, labels, writing, or other damage can be on original product boxes.

Cable must be unopened (or still on reel).

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Security Camera Warehouse prior to the return of any merchandise.

Returning without a proper RMA number and form will result in delayed refunds, a possible restocking fee, or having the RMA sent back to sender.

Please allow up to 7 business days for receiving and testing time

An RMA number is only valid for 30 days.

Advanced Return Policy

Advanced returns are for defective, DOA, or other warranty replacements

Advanced Returns require a valid and active credit card on file

Defective Equipment is expected to be returned within 30 days of the original RMA being issued

If the item is not received within 30 days, full retail pricing may apply to the credit card on file.

If for any reason you are unable to return the equipment within 30 days please let a support representative know.

Products not returned within 30 days may result in the loss of support and/or warranty until the product is returned.

If the item is found to have physical abuse, neglect, or other related issues not covered by the warranty, you may be charged full retail pricing to the credit card on file and/or lose the ability to do advance replacements in the future.
