RMA Returns Must Meet Our 29 Day Policy
If you have an item that is defective or you decided against the purchase of your product for technical reasons, you must abide by our strict
time frame on returning the item. If you have not read our general RMA policy, then you must know that you have
29 days from the day you receive your item in the mail to exchange, return, or claim a refund on any item bought from our store. You must
request a RMA number from our technical support staff. Above, we have built and installed a system where you can create a ticket to have our
team assign you a number and start a case for the items you are looking to return. We test every item before it leaves the warehouse in an attempt
create quality control, however, if your product was damaged by shipping, or just stopped working for any reason you can get a RMA number and
return the item to us. You can also login to the account that you create and keep up with the status of your RMA case. If you have any other questions
