We want you to get your product on time. We ship UPS Fed EX and ship ground shipping from our warehouse in USA. All orders must abide by our strict protocol. When you place an order on our website you have to have your credit card and billing match. We do not ship product to other address other than where a credit card bills to. We want to avoid any kind of mix up. Store Returns

We do offer a 30 Day Return Policy policy, however, there are some conditions you must meet in order to qualify. We do store credit for all our equipment. Unless the equipment is broken you have the right to a full-refund. We charge a 15% re-stocking fee to return items back to Security Camera Warehouse.
