This is the best PC based dvr solution
we have. We have used some very innovative engineering to put this machine together. It is all stored in a 4U rack mount dvr
case and has four 16 channel Geo-vision dvr cards.
We've also upgraded the memory to 4GB, so it can handle and process all the
real time video. We started this model off with 2 tera byte internal solution. This suites the dvr to record up
to 5 days of record time. So you are looking at right about a week. This is very good for 64 security cameras.
64 Channel DVRs Need An External Solution For Long Term Recording
CCTV applications where 64 cameras are need, is going to be a serious traffic infested operation. In most of these applications
you need a 20-30 tera byte solution. We push for the ability to run and record at real-time, so naturally we recommend that
you use an external hard drive setup. This
external hard drive unit is a solid, plug and play, and maintenance free setup. We warranty these setups for
one year and after warranty we can continue to service and or upgrade this units in the event of hard drive failure. But
our engineering is so easy and simple to follow that you can hot-swap a bad hard drive for another.
