lenses give end-users more control and flexibility to adjust to the setting they need for changes
in what they need and want to see. It also helps for when you are just unsure about what kind of shot you need.

There are hundreds of different styles, however, they are only about 8 different types. There are infrared, day/night, wdr, audio enabled, ex-view, and low lux c-mount cameras. Every type has a unique function to reach a different goal.

How do you mount a c-mount security camera?
They come without mounting brackets. So depending on your CCTV application the type
of mounting bracket you need will vary. Typically most mounting brackets are setup for indoor applications.
If you want to use one outside, you will need a cb-bracket to mount the housing.
How do I fit a lens on a c-mount camera?
Fitting any lens requires you to screw on the lens. All you have to do is start the thread and slowly screw on the lens fitting. It's that simple.
