Here is the big man of the standalone digitial video recorders. Most people dream of having this many channels into an easy solution. This unit is really hi-tech in every way. We have been pushing and talking about H.264 compression for the longest time, and the video quality still blows our minds. There are a lot of things about this standalone security dvr, that just does not meet at the eye.

For one, most think it is too simple, and nothing that looks too simple is any good. No! Our simple designs stem from our precision style and taste. The best things in life are simple and free anyway.

Looking at the front end of this digital video recorder, you cane see the channel selector, which is huge, and there is a port for a mouse for easy navigation through the linux based software. This unit also features,  Channel video output, 32 X 4 matrix (option), CIF resolution of recording and playback for each channel, up to 6 PCS SATA HDD support, USB 2.0, PS2, keyboard support, Innovative intelligent temperature thermal technology, and  those are just of the few features this security dvr has to offer.

We have yet to sell of any of these units, however, we plan on having an awesome new catalog to feature these great standalone units, and we will have this in our show room avaliable for demo. A motorized dummy security camera?

Something new! One of our techs, found this dummy security camera out on the Internet, and saw that it was a motorized camera. It is selling only at $15.99 and it looks overly plastic, hard to say if some would think this is a real security camera until they see it move and try and zoom in on them. It only takes two double A batteries, and it set to detect movement. That is pretty slick stuff. There was some information about it comparing against a bullet security camera, and let us say that no dummy security camera can compare to a real camera that can actually capture an image. If you are good at math and life then you know a $49.00 bullet security camera that sees in color, is worth the difference. You just never know if your CCTV application will hold up if you have smart vandals, or thieves that will test the constraints of your security cameras. In some cases they serve as a great deterrent, but in our professional opinion if you are installing and setting up a CCTV system, make sure the technology matches the degree of the situation at stake. In the end many people say not all the fancy stuff works, just simple technology that is reliable. As for this security camera, we cannot really say it is something we would carry in stock, but we sure like to carry it for kicks and giggles.
