We have some updates for you concern shopping on our e-commerce website. We are in the process of making more information pages to all of our products. There is beta testing going on too. We are frantically trying to keep the errors down, however, by April 2009 we should have everything updated. That means all security cameras, dvrs, and security camera accessories will be available for easy purchase. Also when you do go through our checkout process we have added some other options that will make it easier to check out. For example, we have an option that says, “Call Me To Confirm Order”! Usually one of our reps will be notified and will call you right away or in a day if order on Sunday. We were unsure at first about making things extra safe, we still stress that you call us and make sure that you have everything you need for CCTV application. One thing we have experience is having repeat business from people that miss-calculated some variable that ended up costing them in the long run. So if you are going through checkout and you have a doubt about what you ordered, call us and we can clear out your order in our system. In a few weeks we will have the entire process updated and you can create your own account to keep track of orders, and your UPS tracking status. Other than that we are very excited about seeing the finished product, it has been over 6 months since we started to re-do the entire site and we are closer to the end.
