As security consultants, we figured we should comment on today's election news.
If you missed the big allegations today, read one of these (which one will probably depend upon your political perspective).
Here's a video of the "Obama to Romney" vote switching in Ohio (those who claim "Obama to Romney" vote switching is occurring in Colorado haven't yet caught [...]

Black Friday is the busiest day of the year for retail stores. It is a time where people express themselves through their purchases and grab great bargains for discount prices. However, many stores do not have safety or security measures in place. This promotes a dangerous work environment and encourages shrinkage or precious merchandise. It [...]

If you were worried about Hurricane Sandy and her aftermath, you are not alone. Millions of people were concerned about the well being of themselves and their families, resulting in anxiety about future readiness. Unfortunately, these events are common around the globe. It would be much easier on the government, stores, and regular people if [...]
With crime on the rise more people have been turning to security systems for protection. Often, police are overburdened with cases and too far away to get to an emergency in time. A few extra seconds can make a situation escalate dangerously. A security system allows you to know when an intruder is coming [...]

(This is an update from this story about the demand letters sent by Kelora to most of the US's eCommerce sites)
A form letter about some other topic, filled with fluff and nonsense about speeding up the patent process to bring products to market faster and spur innovation, yes, that's what the white house decided to send in response to the [...]
The hearing which was originally scheduled for November 17th has been pushed back to December 1st.
After a hearing the judge usually takes 4-8 weeks to rule; a week after the hearing you will be able to request a transcript. As soon as we get the transcript or any other news we will help distribute the [...]

Update from Wednesday, May 23 2012: The claims by Kelora against Ebay, Microsoft, Adobe, Target, etc have been invalidated. We did an updated post here which is mostly just other site's commentary about the ruling that our readers found. I am not a lawyer, so this isn't legal advise, but if you get a letter [...]
