The hearing which was originally scheduled for November 17th has been pushed back to December 1st.
After a hearing the judge usually takes 4-8 weeks to rule; a week after the hearing you will be able to request a transcript. As soon as we get the transcript or any other news we will help distribute the news.

Did the hearing take place on December 1 as scheduled?

It got delayed, Jeff. I'll try to keep it updated when the ruling comes down. Right now I don't have a reschedule date.

I got a new letter from Kelora with new dates on it - pay before 1/10/12 to save 25% (!), get an additional 5% off if paid before 12/29/11.
The last letter's dates coincided with court hearings, so possibly this one does as well?

Same here! I just kind of received a 2nd letter notice from them. I dont intent on accepting it. The mail man left a note for it and it will be available for 15 days to pick up at the post office. Is that a bad thing to not go get it?

I just received notice for a 2nd letter from them. The mail man left a note on my door. It can be picked up in the next two weeks at the post office. I do not plan on accepting or going to get this letter. Is that a bad thing?

So - what do we think this means? Certainly not a slam-dunk win for eBay etc. Any ideas on the next moves?
