Video Balun LTA1011 Product Description

The LTA1011 Video BNC Balun Transceiver is a passive (non-amplified) device that allow the transmission of real-time monochrome or color CCTV video signal over the cost-effective Unshield Twisted-Pair (UTP) cable. The flexible mini coax cable lead allows the product to fit neatly inside CCTV camera back boxes and dome camera enclosures. Used in pairs, the CCTV Balun eliminates costly and bulky coaxial cable, allowing CCTV security and surveillance equipment to be connected using standard structured cabling techniques for neater and more streamlined cabling.

The LTA1011 can transmit up to 1000 feet. This balun will transmit video only! Video Balun LTA1011 Install Instructions

The setup for this video balun will require you to strip some of the casing to tie down the wire to the correct terminal. You only need two pair for each balun. Make sure you tighten down the terminals and use electrical tape to keep the wiring from weathering. It is just that simple.
